「House looks very run down and the yard is horrible not to mention its in a sketchy neighborhood. Code wouldn't work to get in into the house. When we got in the house smelled musty and like rotten trash. It was so horrible we had to go buy air freshners and candles to mask the smell. There were roaches all over in the kitchen cabinets and the pots/pans looked like they were 25 yrs old. One of the toilets rocked as it wasn't even fastened down.
