「Unfortunately I will not be back. The driveway was hard to find and you have to drive through the parking lot for a gas station to get in, and the rest of the accessible entrances are walled off. Upon arrival, the front desk was empty, telling guests to call a number to get someone’s attention. They did have a nice welcome non alcoholic drink and a cool towel. But then the attendant was a bit too enthusiastic with my bag when I told them multiple times I was fine carrying it-then followed me...

「I stayed in the McCulloch Suite in the Sion Bass House (one of the two adjacent historic homes which make up this property). The suite was very spacious and clean. The check-in instructions which were emailed the day of check-in were very clear. There was a folding ironing board, iron, lots of extra towels, literature related to the history of the property and the city (for anyone who might be interested). The little garden surrounding the building and the deck in back both were very nice. I...

「Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean. The pool was satisfactory. The breakfast was lacking some. It would’ve benefitted from some eggs and sausage/bacon. We only had two towels in our room. When I asked about getting more, housekeeping said that there was a shortage of towels and that they had no idea where they were disappearing to. She said there was a load in the wash and they would bring us some when they were done. We got three new ones for the next day.」

「I've had the opportunity to stay previously at the Hyatt and was pleased with the remodeling and updates to the rooms. The only suggestions would be to install shower bars in the showers and a shelf in the shower area for the bath towels so you have someplace to put the towels while showering.」

「Reserved a King room. Was told at checking none available due to renovations and was offered free breakfast vouchers. Rooms are in fairly bad condition. For how new-ish this hotel is, it has not been upkept. 」

「The hotel has no elevator so not recommended for family with kids. Breakfast was okay but not a lot of space. Front desk staff who checked us in gave us the best customer service experience but the staff who was dealing with the breakfast was just okay.」

「When I booked the room I booked King size bed suite. When we got there the room they had reserved was 2 queen size beds. When I asked they said they had been having trouble with booking through 3rd party sites like Expedia. They didn't have any other rooms available. When I spoke to the owner the next morning he also said it was the 3rd party sites that was the issue. I have not had any problems when booking through Expedia before so it seemed like they were placing blame instead of owning...
