「If you’re passing through Fort Wayne, you must book at Tru by Hilton. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one takes the cake. Every (I mean every) employee was very polite, cordial, and friendly. Apparently cleanliness isn’t the goal, it’s the standard. Everywhere from the parking lot to our room was immaculate. Bravo Zulu to the staff & management.」

「Wonderful location to the convention Center. The Staff was very professional and effusive. Daniella our check in clerk on Wednesday was absolutely wonderful, She was so friendly and professional. The hotel has a restaurant which is great and the food was delicious. Parking was across the street but there is a covered walkway from the Hotel to the parking deck and price for the parking was very reasonable.」

「Fairfield is a beautiful hotel, especially when compared to others in its class. The long rooms are spacious with large walk in showers. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and dark. Complimentary breakfast Sunday morning was good. There were ham, veggie and cheese frittatas along with turkey or pork sausage, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, lots of condiments and the usual waffle, bagels, muffin and cereal assortment. Coffee is good and you can get tea in the evening, really nice...

「The air conditioning worked well in the room & the beds were comfortable . The room was not very clean and there are many repairs needed. Breakfast was not great. Daytime staff was friendly. For the price paid, I would not recommend this hotel.」

「The only thing negative I have to say is the smell in the hallway on the 2nd floor. Something obvious got wet and they were blasting the heat to try to dry it. It smelled awful. However the room or anywhere else I went didn't smell at all. It was very clean and overall I had a great stay.」

「We would love to stay here again, We got our money worth. A Family of 5 traveling with 3 Girls. We had 2 Queen size Bed , Sofa bed with pull out trundle Bed. Plenty of Space for us to have a good rest after 12hrs Driving 🚗」

「The whole property in general was nasty and unkept. Our room was so dirty, sheets had crumbs all over them. The towels were soured smelling. When we walked into our room it was late and we were exhausted. The temp in the room was 60* we turned the thermostat up, but it did not help. We finally had to just turn it completely off and turned the heat on to warm up.. We also expect a nice fresh room when staying at a holiday Inn.」
