Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Kailua-Kona by IHG
Room very clean and spacious. Staff was courteous and kind. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Nice you didn’t have to find a park and constantly have to pay for parking. Charged $15.00 a day which is very cheap for the location of the hotel to downtown. I would stay here again.

We may have been just unlucky. The room we got was conveniently located next to the gate leading to the beach, restaurants, etc. Even had a peekaboo view of the ocean. However, it was super noisy. Kona Reef Resort
The place was very dirty. When we arrived, there were many bugs in the room and on the last day we killed a cockroach inside. The property is great and with more attention to cleanliness, I would have given a much better review.
