「We arrived late in the evening after driving 10 hours, checked in, and our room had not been cleaned. There was hair in the shower drain, pubic hair on the shower seat (they gave us a handicapped room for some reason), and ketchup smeared on the nightstand. Questionable as to whether the sheets had been changed so not commenting on that. We called the front desk, who in turn contacted management. 「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「Vero Beach Ocean breeze was an extremely pleasant accommodation. The room was extremely clean. Staff was extremely helpful. We did not have a beach view, but we didn’t need it. We were there for a wedding and a neighboring hotel and Ocean breeze was right next door. Price point was perfect for our weekend affair And I would definitely absolutely stay there again when visiting beautiful Vero beach. Had a late check-in and our keys were not in the box as we were told they would be… Had to wait for office staff to show up in the morning to get them for us. Office staff was not friendly at all.
