「The lady of front desk wrongly charged me $20 deposit twice and $50 parking fee three time (it should be $50) when I checked in, but now they only canceled the one $20 deposit. How can I get my money back?」

「The staff here by is so kind and courteous. They have someone in the lobby selling trolley tickets and the stop is right outside the door. It’s across from the River street shops and a few blocks from the Market area. The location just can’t be beat. There is a parking garage just right across the street if you don’t need valet service.
