「Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay.」

To call it a hotel seems wrong because while it appears to be a remodeled hotel with outside doors opening to the parking lot, it is precious and it is very well done with special touches that create a true boutique stay. We woke, expecting to miss breakfast but was pleased to see it was still available for the most part at 10 am with many guests still indulging. 「We stayed, in a luxury condo unit last week. Overall had a positive experience. The location in general is great! Very close to restaurants, shopping, and things to do. The beach/boardwalk access is a HUGE plus. I would expect this property to be even better during peak season! Outdoor pool areas and the sun deck are all well kept and in good shape. 「No major issues but I have never stayed in a hotel where you can hear peoples conversations in the rooms beside you and every footstep of the people on the floor above you until this! We could not sleep due to all the noise. Our neighbors were not arguing or being loud - just casual conversation could be heard until early morning hours. 」
