The staff were generally good, and despite some maintenance issues around the property, they were very helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Housekeeping did a great job—our room was kept clean, and the cleaners always made sure we had everything we needed, including bottled water. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly and accommodating staff."
