"I recently stayed at this hotel for a getaway trip with my sister, and it was an exceptional experience. ​ The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special with personalized touches. ​ From the warm welcome greetings at check-in to the freshly-squeezed orange juice served by the Assistant Manager, Mr. Yamada of BRIDGES, during breakfast, every detail was thoughtfully handled. ​ We stayed on the Club Floor, which included access to the Club Lounge, adding an extra layer of comfort to our visit. ​ The attentiveness of the staff was truly impressive—they genuinely care about making every guest's stay memorable and pay close attention to customer preferences, especially for special occasions. ​ I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and dedication to creating a remarkable experience for its guests. "The location of this hotel could not be better. I paid a few extra bucks for a room with an view and got a wonderful view of the river all the way to the Dome (see photo). Which btw is only a few minutes walk away riverside. And the atomic Bomb Museum and Peace Park are next door. I did not include breakfast so I can’t comment on that. There a couple small Maintnance things (batteries dead on safe, desk light loose) but these were minor and pale in comparison of the location. Definitely would stay here again. And my room had 3 beds! "

"Cheap and easy hotel for a short stay in Hiroshima. Booked an overnight room for a quick tour of the area and was great. Easy to get to from Hiroshima station. Decent rooms and great for the price. Recommend, though only for a short stay with light luggage."

"The perfect location to hop off the train, check into your hotel upstairs, access stores, food, and transportation (tram) into the city. We were even able to take in a baseball game at the stadium which was a quick 15 minute walk away. "
