The staff at the lobby were kind and attentive. The room and facilities were clean. The area is safe and close to restaurants and train stations. Bonus points for allowing me to check in at 10:00 am without additional fees.

It was interesting how it was a digital receptionist. Overall the hotel was great and worked to our needs. It would be a good idea to have a small laundry and possibly a microwave in the room

シャワーとトイレ、洗面台は共用です。それを除けばベッド、机、少しうつりの悪いTV、小さめの冷蔵庫、空気清浄機と完備です。 朝早く出発し、夜中着だったのでスタッフとは会わず。ホテル名にあるスパはよくわかりません。

チェックイン時に顔写真を撮影したり、署名がタブレット上で必要なので、慣れていない人には手間取るかも知れませんが、館内は清潔だしお部屋も広いし、1階では無料のお茶やコーヒーのパック、給湯器もあり、シンプルで快適な滞在ができます。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって頂けたので平和資料館など身軽に行けました。 広島駅からも近くてとても便利です。

風呂トイレ無しは覚悟してましたが、狭いシャワーしかないのが窮屈でした。 テレビはアンテナの不具合でほとんど映らない状態でした。 もう少し保守点検をキッチリして欲しかったです。
