"The room was disgusting. It smelt like dog waste in there. When I first checked in I was assigned room 214. When I told him I had a service animal they said " service dogs go in the same room. That's when they move me to room 101. The blackout curtains were ripped to shreds letting light in. The carpet had pee and poop stains all over it. The upholstery on the furniture was ripped to shreds. The staff came and knocked on my door one evening with the do not disturb sign hanging on the door and lied to us and said they had a complaint about our dog barking during quiet hours which never occurred. I know it didn't occur because I was awake all night. I sleep during the day. They then threatened to throw us out if the dog wouldn't stay quiet. This is a violation of the ADA to begin with. You cannot throw people out of your hotel because of a service animal. They also violated my rights when they took me out of the room I paid for and put me in a lesser room because according to them that is the only room that dogs were allowed to stay in."
