「This hotel was very clean, with a friendly staff and a smooth check-in process. The only downside is that the parking lot could use better lighting, especially since you may have to park farther from the entrance when nearby spots are full. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!」

「It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating, plus the walking distances to the beach front was no more than 2 blocks and less than five minutes away. Also great location of walking distances to shops, eateries and sightseeing. 」

「I ordered online, it shows all rooms have kitchen, but the one I lived didn’t. There wasn’t even a sofa in the room! The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, I mean cold. Maybe he was not happy that day. As a over two hundred dollar room (including tax), I feel a little bit disappointed! Only thing good is it’s very convenient to get to the beach. 」

「I’ve stayed at a few properties on Virginia Beach over the years and none I’d go back to. However, The Capes is on my list of hotels I’d rebook. The rooms were clean; the property was clean. The indoor pool was warm and seemed pretty clean. They offer an on-site restaurant. I did not try this time around so I can’t speak to the food there. They also offer ample parking that is easily accessible. I guess if I were to offer one thing I’d like to see, it’d be a soap rack in the shower or towel rack...

「Very nice especially the front desk people, The lightskined housekeeper was pretty rude but everyone else was wonderful Loved the pool had a decent breakfast enough to get us started but definitely nice place right across the street from beach front walked to the beach in under a minute Great stay!!」

「Been here four times. Always a good experience. I get a single bed ocean front with kitchen and balcony. Pool is small and can get busy and there are families. The beach is steps away and is huge. Always great views, quiet and safe are of VB. Definitely recommend and will stay here again. 」
