「A very nice historical building. Newer owner bringing it back. Beds comfortable, location to beach and down town great, however balance that with traffic activity /noise being on a corner lot. Having earlier serving to continental breakfast is an opportunity.」

Also (not the hotel's fault) very close to the flight path for the naval base, frequent landings and take offs of fighter jets during daylight hours.」

「The staff was a exceptional. Beach access was great. We only had two issues. One was cosmetic repairs - the ceiling had been repaired and the patched area was painted a slightly different color. They should have painted the entire ceiling. Also, there was some missing tile in bathroom and sloppy caulking around sink. The second issue was the mandatory valet parking. 「The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.」

Bar Resturant on site good bar food(not opened for breakfast though) parking was offsite , down the road a short walk .There was a small amount of parking at hotel but not many. Overall good for the price but needed some upgrades for sure」
