「Was a beautiful place to stay with very helpful staff and easy to locate. Very peaceful and quiet. 10/10」

「Loved the large TV, king sized bed, lovely sheets, toiletries. Bed was very firm, I woke with sore back, but husband liked it. The only down side was we missed turning in then Maps sent us to the back of the property, down one way streets. If we hadn’t already paid we would have gone somewhere else」

「We were a family of 4 staying over for one night during our road trip from Melbourne to Gold Coast. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There weren’t many places to have dinner but just for one night, it was adequate. Parking was very convenient as it was directly outside our room. The new General Manager Nigel was very helpful and friendly. Nice green grassland on one side of the room. Good experience overall. 」

「Fairly accessible as it's outside Wagga. Our unit was a little hard to find and next to the highway there was some traffic noise.」

「Have stayed a few times at this hotel and it's clean, comfy and convenient. Front desk staff great you with a warm hello on arrival. The room is well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of parking available. The local club is located next door and does great meals. 」

「The Motor inn is very out dated. The rooms are small with no space to put your bags except on the floor. The bathrooms are straight out of the 60's with gloss floor tiles and a shower over a bath with a foot and a half step in or out. The bathroom also had a moldy smell to it and a sticking door. There was no acoustic buffering to the other rooms or street as you could hear everything. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, onsite parking is always a bonus, and location was great.」

「I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, which highlighted clean rooms and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. Check-in was quick and easy, but as soon as we opened the door to Room 115, we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was even worse, with a foul odour coming from the drains that resembled sewerage. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. 「Absolutely horrendous experience here. The staff were extremely rude and spoke to me with attitude and contempt from the very beginning. There was no effort to act professionally or to discuss any issue that was being had and instead completely disrupted and ruined my night. I ended up having the meal, drinks and accommodation refunded (although I'm still waiting for that obviously) and I will NEVER stay here again. I do not recommend their rooms.
