「A very spacious room and nice sized kitchen with full size appliances」

「Been historically hot this time around with yards and outdoor common areas showing a lot of stress; watering would have helped. Have stayed here for over 20 years--noticed this time rooms (while superficially clean) carpets were not vacuumed nor kitchen tile cleaned upon arrival. Once again, clean enough but not up to standards experienced in the past. Now a special shout out to Kim and Wes in the maintenance department for their quick response in switching out our freezer which...

「The room is great, has a mini stove to cook on and a full size kitchen sink. Host has provided a vast variety of kitchen necessities. Also had extra towels, pillows and blanket available. Table for eating at is adequately sized for 4 people.」

「The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy」

「This property was super clean. The furniture was comfortable and the fenced backyard allowed my small dog to have freedom to explore during our travel. The host was great with communicating and responded quickly.」
