「Checking in was fine, and I was able to et a late checkout. The staff was okay except for the "valet service." They never opened a door or greeted me when I entered. When I asked for them to calla taxi, the "valet" wanted to hand me a list of phone numbers, so I used Lyft. I was struggling with my suitcase on the way out. Two "valets" were standing a few feet away, and they didn't move! The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms are bare bones. My room was very small and had no closet...

「Pictures were very misleading on this one! The carpet was frayed and didn’t reach the walls in a few places, bathtub didn’t drain so you showered in six inches of water. It was also moldy as was the shower curtain. Bottom of the toilet was disgusting. Walls, doors and trim were very dirty. We also found a large vape on the floor next to the bed that someone had left behind! Yuck! If there had been other choices in town by the time we had checked in I’d have gone right back to the front desk.」
