Perfect view of the beach and access to the beach perfect. I would say it was a wonderful stay. The drinks and food are pricey but we expected that being right where it is.」

「If you want low key that is of place (Old Palm Beach) this is it. Enjoy all the things that make your stay fun an enjoyable. Very, very personable!」

「Rooms are old and dated and smell misty. Old air conditioning units in the rooms are old and very loud. Every time they cycle on it is loud enough to wake you up and it happens just about every half hour. Managed by the Opal, but nowhere near an Opal quality level.」

Everything about the property was great, but fist in my book is the fact that they actually had a real live (very friendly and helpful) PERSON who greeted us when we checked in!!
