「Owner very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Good hot shower. Great location. Near exit to I-81. Stores not far on either directions you are going. Quiet building. Right off busy intersection. 」

He listened to my concern about a quiet room, near the back door to get some sleep & exit in the early morning; and he changed my room to a more mutual satisfaction.
