Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! 「Magnific hotel situated in a quiet and relaxing place just in front of a beautiful sandy beach. The appartement type room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Excellent hotel providing variety of service for clients. The staffs make efforts for your comfortable stay. The only negative point that we didn't like so much was the breakfast (same things served everyday).」

「Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work...
