「I'm almost reluctant to write a review as this hotel is my hidden gem. It's my 3rd time staying and perfect for a local staycation. The outside will make you wonder if you're at the right place then once you step into the lobby you're transported. The hotel has everything you need at a reasonable price. Comfy rooms, pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, bar and even garden loungers to enjoy the good weather. Remember to ask for a dressing gown if you plan on using a spa when you check-in at...

「We would have rated the Castle excellent if we had slept better, but having a room on the busy main road made that difficult…we could imagine that another back room was much quieter. But the atmosphere was nice and both dinner and breakfast freshly cooked and well-presented were all enjoyable.」

「Das Inn an sich ist schön. Es hat eine wunderbare Lage direkt am See und besonders das House cleaning Personal ist sehr freundlich. Allerdings sollte man wissen wofür man das Zimmer bucht. Wenn man nur für 2-3 Nächte da ist, ist es absolut ausreichend. Es gibt einen Schlafbereich und ein angrenzendes Bad. Im schlafbereich gibt es keinen Stauraum für Klamotten oder Koffer. Entsprechend muss man aus den Koffern leben, und damit leben, dass die Koffer hier und da im Weg stehen. Da die Lüftung...

「Under the beds it was extremely dusty with crisps etc from what seemed to be a while ago. No bedside lamps only the spotlights with 1 switch. Not ideal since it was a family suite with 2 beds considering we had young children who slept earlier than us. No mirror outside the bathroom. No cleaning service on a Sunday. Very dusty. Unfortunately will not use this hotel again.」

「Excellent stay great rooms, helpful friendly staff helped with check in and even loaned us a laundry basket to move our charitable donations we are traveling with. They validate parking for the Walnuts shopping center car park.」

「Lovely hotel within walking distance of Brandshatch circuit. A big shout out to Sam who decorated the room for my partners birthday. Also thank you to the staff for upgrading us. We had an enjoyable stay and will be returning on our next visit to Brandshatch Circuit.」

「The staff were all very good but at times a little pushed to see to everything. Our room was roomy but not particularly clean, cobwebs on windows, dirt and dusty skirting and all areas upon high had a good layer of dust. One bulb out at bedside and marks on wall and skirting that could be wiped off. Bed linen and towels were clean and soft. Shower and sink clean but toilet was not!!! Passage way to and from dining room smelt of cooking grease all the time that would suggest extractor filters...

「Too many rules stuck everywhere in the property. The lady that attended to us was impolite over the phone. Properrty difficult to locate. Need for signposts on the roads close to property.」
