Holiday Inn Winter Haven by IHG
The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly. The only negative to the stay was the elevators weren’t working but I understand things happen and we were able to use the maintenance elevator. All in all a great stay and we would definitely stay at the IHG in Winter Haven again!

I love staying here every year this week! Everything is always great! I really appreciate the attention the front desk staff gave me this week in particular making everything right! Can’t wait to come back next year!!!
