「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「Staff was very accommodating and was really helpful and kind. We checked in late and made it easy for us to get in. We left some items behind and the cleaning staff returned it to front desk and gave us a call about the items that were left behind. They mailed it to us and we are thankful for their great service! The place is wonderful and the view is amazing. It is right across the street from the waterfront. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again.」
