「I come to Lansing every 4th and originally used to stay at the Marriott downtown and with kids the Hyatt House is a far better choice and overall just higher quality. I left my wedding ring in my room and they called and we made arrangements to get my ring back and even offered a shipping option. I'll be staying here for every Lansing visit. 」

「Newer hotel so it is clean and in good shape. One of the only in the area I could find with a hot tub! It was nice and warm and big too. The pool was fun but not too large. Nice selection of items for breakfast included. 」

「Staff was extremely friendly! If we needed anything,it was never a problem getting it for us. The kids of course enjoyed the pool, and we happened to there Easter weekend and they nad an Easter bunny there to give out baskets to the kids and take pictures with them! It was a great weekend and we will visit again!」
