「Great communication with hosts, ready for loadshedding by having lamps and a stove, awesome ocean view 」

「I have booked 2 more holidays after the initial one. It is a lovely place and would definitely use it again and again. The hostess and the lady who assisted with check in are very kind and professional people. Loved dealing with them The house was clean and is well maintained, and has everything you could possibly require Thank you to Stepanie and Alida. It would be amazing if the other house can also be listed on hotels.com Casa Balena: Gansbaai Seafront Accommodation with hot tub, 27 Kus...

「Pre-check in comms and answering cell number after arrival were very poorly handled. Would have been better to be able to chat to someone to get the details from a human than just a board at reception when we arrived. 」
