The only thing i didn't like was the check in information wasn't clear enough in advance. there was no one to speak to when I arrived and just check my e-mail to see their phone number or anything to contact them and found out that i just received an email telling how to enter the building. 「Beautiful character property, large comfortable rooms (little tired but stiil lovely), with all amenities and extra touches, eg fruit and home made biscuits provided each day.
