「I had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were professional and welcoming, and everything was well organized. The prices were very reasonable for the quality provided. The hotel is also conveniently located close to Jeddah Airport, which made my travel much easier. I would definitely recommend this hotel.」

「The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. The room quality was OK, but the housekeeping wasn't done on the first day as they said "everyday they clear the room for 1 time, so the check-in date won't get housekeeping service". However, it's true I checked in late at 2PM due...
