「The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Margot, the receptionist made us feel at home. She answered all questions without hesitation and was extremely courteous. The hotel grounds were always kept very clean. We had one issue upon arrival, which was immediately rectified by the on duty manager Jeff. He upgraded our room as well as gifted us a bottle of champagne. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」

「The property was beautiful and well kept. The food and dining were great. There were a lot of activities and entertainment. The entertainment and bar staff were the best. The other staff at the resort were not very welcoming. You had to say good morning or hello otherwise they did not speak. The staff were not very friendly. For the few that were it made the vacation great. 」
