「Great hotel」

「Quiet and clean property. Beds were comfy, shower was hot. Only negative was the pool was almost to cold to swim.」

「97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(」

「We loved the pool and the staff they were so nice and courteous. Our room had wet towels upon arrival. Every morning we were awakened to construction noises( like jackhammers). The casino and front desk help were not helpful at all. Our player cards did not work the whole time we were there. We went to the help desk 5 different times and even spoke to the manager. Our problem was never handled . We were never given anything in return or any points for all our play. Our cards still don’t...

They need to tear out all the old spa tubs and flooring and install modern bathroom settings. Our room had a bit of a musty odor too, whatever needs to be done to mitigate that should be high on the priority list.
