「It was very nice, clean and enjoyable place. Everyone was very helpful. The only thing our bathroom sink was too far back we had to stand on tiptoes to brush our teeth.」

「Loved the continental breakfast. Pool was cold, and had stuff floating in it. Not very appealing. Was disappointed with that.」

「The facility is aged but management and staff have done a great job of keeping the it fresh and clean. The front desk desk was very kind and professional. Staff were quick to address needs (e.g., pool towels). The beds were comfortable with nice linens/blankets. The shower/tub was old but clean. The A/C worked well. 「The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful.」

「We were put on the top floor, elevator was down, our room had unfinished renovations, carpet was peeling back from the wall. The shower water barely came out, it was coming out from the faucet and shower head. The trash outside was overflowing for the first of two days we stayed there.The pool and hot tub both had pieces sticking out in them, my son and daughter got cut and scratched from them.
