"If your room is located in the annex, be prepared to walk in order to access all of the amenities. Breakfast was three buildings down, the pool was four buildings down and there is no sidewalk. The only redeeming quality was that the beach access was right outside of our rooms.."

"The property wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. There was trash in the parking lot and the pool area was really gross. Stuff everywhere on the ground. The staff were short with guests and considering you’re in hospitality, they should probably be more friendly. The room was clean but the shower was clogged and rusted out, the vents were disgusting. We expected better honestly."

"Staff members were helping as needed. The property needs to be repaired/ maintained. The room had broken bed, uncomfortable mattress and worn out couch and chairs. Closet and bathroom were not cleaned (found hairs……). Great kitchen and nice space at all. The staff members helped us in fixing the bed and the mattress. The other odd thing is that I booked via Expedia a one bedroom with two beds ( one for us, and separate bed to our child), but they gave us a room with a single bed inside ( not a big deal, but our child was not happy with it)"
