"Clean room… but small and the bathroom REALLY small… bed and pillow not comfortable… staff was wonderful though. Breakfast was adequate… it is the off season. Great location so can’t expect too much for the price."

The staff was so helpful and lovely, particularly Mario. We are constant travelers and this hotel holds its own with any hotel I've ever been to in my life. The Private spa downstairs was so luxurious My Husband and I had an amazing time. We will absolutely be going back. I actually almost regret writing this review because we want this hotel to remain our secret private place, but it's too good to keep to ourselves."

"Quite a nice hotel in a very good location for the train. The room was quite large and clean and the bathroom too. However the carpets in the hallway were rather dirty and this gave a negative first impression that would be easy to fix with a deep clean. Breakfast was not bad - the pastries were particularly nice - but the hot options were a bit drued up."

"The rooms are basic, very basic. The bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean but the shower was old, in need of renovation and did not easily keep the water in. This is a 2-3 star property ideal for a budget concious traveller in transit, but not a long stay. Directly opposite the MSC cruise terminal, so you had ocean views. The elevator only worked from the 1st floor, so you have to haul your luggage from ground floor to the 1st floor. Not suitable for people who have limited mobility. A flat 5 minute walk from the main street in Brindisi which had shops, supermarkets and restaurants. No coffee etc in the room, but it has vending machines in the lobby. "
