「We were here very briefly as we had to leave at 3:45am to return our car and catch our flight. There was easy on street parking. Walking distance to restaurants. Very nice manager.」

「This is a perfectly located boutique hotel. All the team were exceptionally helpful and provided a lot of local information. The room I had was modern, uncluttered, well appointed with a touch of class and art! The breakfast had a great range of foods with coffees also made fresh to order. 「close to train station. No amenities in hotel but we didn't care. if you go to this hotel, your basic expectations for hospitality will not be met. Front desk personnel don't know anything about Customer service. They answer questions in a defensive manner as if you are accusing them of anything. They even have the audacity to raise their voice when you dare to ask again or clarify their responses because of the language barrier. They get annoyed as soon as they realize you don't speak Italian....

「We booked the Aqua Suite on the second floor. Super quiet street, short walk to shops and restaurants. Suite was spacious and super clean. Liked the little balcony to sit out with a drink. We didn’t personally meet any staff, all was handled via WhatsApp messages. But they were very accommodating to our special requests. The only complaint: given the location in the old town, there is no public transport taking you there. The hotel arranged transport from the airport to the hotel for 30 Euros....
