"Bed hard, but normal for Asia. Everything clean, staff nice, breakfast good and different everyday. Good location, 10 min. walk to the metro. Many restaurants nearby. "

"The staff at the front desk, the concierge, the cleaning staff all were excellent and very kind and professional. Me and my daughters enjoyed our room and our stay, it was spacious and the overall experience was wonderful. Would definitely recommend. Clean and friendly hotel and staff. "
"The room is clean, and the next door super market is very good and walk to JR in 3 minutes and take only 15 minutes to Shinjuku is also great. Staff is friendly, professional and handle things nicely. Room is clean and cleaning is done super. They give us free bottle water everyday.
The only that is a downside is the room has no temperature control, you can only control the fan speed and the temperature is set too high for us (I think it is around 24-25 C)"
