"Clean rooms and a great price"

"I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Laurel, MS and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The biggest issue during my stay was the cleanliness of the room. When I arrived, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and several areas looked like they had been missed by housekeeping. The carpet in the room was especially horrible. It looked very dirty and worn, which made the entire room feel unclean and uncomfortable. Seeing the condition of the carpet made it hard to relax and feel confident about the overall cleanliness of the space. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and it was disappointing that it didn’t meet that standard. The staff I interacted with were polite, but the condition of the room definitely needs improvement. I hope management addresses the housekeeping and carpet issues so future guests have a better experience."

"Comfortable room, great location but dark property entrance and too many holes in driveway thru. Breakfast is missing proteins. "

"Staff at check in very rude. Arrived at 2. Would not check to see if room was ready just sent me away and told me check in is 3 pm. Other hotels have always checked and if room is ready let the guest have room. Television had small number of channels that worked. Most said channel not available. "
