「I'll start with the good. Pension Iturrizza is in a superb location in San Sebastian's Old Town. It's on a quiet side street near a church, very close to excellent dining (which is everywhere) and steps from the dock, beach and aquarium. It's hard to imagine finding something so convenient for what is a very good price. If all you want is a place to drop your bags and have a place to sleep, go for it. You probably won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give more than three stars for two...

「Good location , somewhat hard to find and reception is not at the hotel ( pension) - however the staff was very helpful and went out of his way to help me retrieve items left behind after I had checked out」

「The location is good and it close to supermarket and metro station. You have to climb up stairs every day to reach your room. The building is under renovation and hopefully they will finish it soon (we do not know they are under renovation, otherwise I would not book there) really hot in room when there is heat wave without air conditioning」

「The staff was really good but bear in mind that the reception only operated in certain hours and must inform the host if you’ll arrive early. The shower was not the best as the water splashes out easily since there’s no door. Location is amazing.」

「We spent one night here as part of our trip to Basque Country. It was very small and quaint, perfectly located, exceptionally clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. I left an earring in the room and when I went back later in the day after checkout to pick up my bags, they had found it and put it in a little bag for me 🙂 thank you! Only downside is the building is quite loud, you can hear what's happening in other rooms/floors etc - however they provide earplugs and it wasn't too...

「The staffs are dedicated and responsible which makes the stay a bonus. Safe and clean. Good location where you go to the beach and the old town in a couple of minutes. It’s recommended for the travellers to stay. 」
