「The room was clean. The staff was nice. The pool could use some upgrades.」

「We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. 「There was only a kiosk for check-in. We were told to sit down until they were ready. We had pre-paid, all we needed was a key card. It took 15+ minutes & it was difficult to understand. 」

「The lady at the front desk tried to keep my deposit because some kids, not mine were smoking weed and driving fast through the parking lot. My kids are 7, 11, 14. None of them drive. Luckily I threatened the police and I got my deposit back」

「We stayed in a newly renovated room and the front desk attendant explained that the contractor was going back through some of the rooms to catch anything unfinished. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient and has reasonable prices. This hotel is conveniently located to the Offut Air Force Base and has direct access to a nice bike path that we used during our three night stay. This hotel provided the best stay for the money on our eight nights of travel.」

「這次來住宿四晚，基本上這是提供一個簡單的房間，有冰箱、微波爐、瓦斯爐跟電視機。沒有提供個人清潔用品，如牙刷、沐浴乳等，衛生紙只有兩捲。簡單講，把它當作是民宿一部份應該不為過。每天不會清潔房間，除非您提出需要，再付一點費用就會幫您清潔，如果住一個星期以上的話，建議每星期打掃一次。 整體環境算是乾淨，靠交流道進，所以要去其他地方逛或是吃飯算是很方便，但是步行很難，基本上都要開車出去或是租Uber/Lyft等。 如果要便宜，這是一個好選擇，但是如果要享受住宿服務跟清潔的話，可能要多付一點錢去市區的高級飯店。」

「Under new ownership, they are making improvements daily to bring the property back to its glory days. For me it was good, I just needed a place to sleep and shower. Very budget friendly and that is what you can expect」

「A staff member entered my room without knocking at 11:30 at night while I was in bed. He said he didn't know the room was occupied. About 20 minutes later, a different staff member knocked and demanded I come down to the front desk and re-check in saying they had a mistake in their computer. At nearly midnight, I had to get dressed and go back downstairs to the lobby and check in all over again.
