「Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Easy free parking. Conveniently located off a main road. Breakfast available in the morning. Okay choices. Close to the University of Northern Iowa. My go to choice when staying in Cedar Falls. 」

「The staff was friendly.. People just standing around outside... Alot of guest living there with people coming in and out.. Room was ok, had a moldly smell..had a refrigerator no microwave or coffee pot in room. Towels and sheets were clesn but dingy looking... The pool had kids in it with no adult supervision..」

「We had a king plus sofa bed and it was the nicest room we have ever stayed in. Breakfast was also excellent - lots of selections of hot and cold. 」

「The staff checking in was great, the room looked like it needed to be swept and mopped, the AC in the living area did not get cool, it was hot as heck in that room, the freezer worked but the refrigerator did not get cold. The keurig did not shut off until the water was empty and overflowed the cup. The staff the following morning , she was very unprofessional, rude and snappy towards my children. 」
