「Friendly staff and clean room」

「Hotel needs major updating. 3rd Floor---hallway feels like you might fall through---not sure if the hallway was flooded and the wood is rotting below, but feels very unstable as you walk over, very concerning. You can literally see the unevenness in the floor. Needs a prompt and thorough inspection. Found one small roach in the room on our last day. Walls are thin, can hear the neighboring room. 「Bathroom needed attention. Mold around tub. Could have used more wash cloths and towels. Only two for two people. Door in 130 stuck. Hard to open. Harder to close. Bed very comfortable. 「The room and the facilities are old, even the bathroom is not very clean and the internet is not working well. The breakfast was very simple. I thought it isn’t a good place to live if you don’t play golf.」

「When I arrived to my room my door was wide open for anybody to walk in there was an old cedar mop bucket in the middle of the floor and and no cedar mop by the bathroom door The toilet did not flush properly The refrigerator freezer was caked full of ice but ice bucket was filthy and the TV remote needed batteries their air conditioning unit had smoke burns all over it and you can see the dust collection in the air filter I was not satisfied at all.
