「Such a wonderful hotel to stay at while we toured the University of Florida. The location was ideal, the room was clean and well appointed, and the staff were very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「Everything is perfect and exceed my expectations except the breakfast and it should have the room for improvement 」

「Nice experience and good place.」

「This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Everything is excellent!」

「Great location and great room」

「Unfortunately the noise from the street below was so bad the white noise machine in the room didn’t faze it. I was awake the entire night. Plus, the window shades were broken so I was unable to pull them down.」

「Our floor was damp almost wet to the touch, we would not let our kids step on it barefoot or let our 1 year old get down on the floor. It smelled like mildew/mold and the air was humid and wouldn’t get better with changing it. The shower had mold at the top of it and wasn’t cleaned well at all. I’d expect more from a hotel that charges so much per night. Went down to talk to the staff and they directed us back to Expedia.」

「There are many options for breakfast.」

「The rooms and hallways are a bit dated but the place is well kept and they offer the best breakfast I have had at a hotel for sure!」
