「Staff were great, room was lovely and big and the bed was comfy. Good breakfast included and all for a very good price.」

「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「Wonderful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. Awesome staff, big room with nice design. I lived my stay there and would return anytime. Anyway two topics for improvement: The mirror in the bathroom needs a light, I could not shave myself properly and the desk needs a lamp as well. 「Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a disabled access which was great. Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient. Breakfast was fantastic good quality and freshly made.」

「New hotel with barrier free accessories was surprising😝 There were callbells and handrails in the room👍 High quality free breakfast buffet😋Takeaway cups and sandwiches bag were available for the ones in a hurry😍 Yet, some of the utensils at the buffet were obviously dirty😕」

「Stared well but on the hottest day of the year the ac in the room was broken and the ceiling was stained i tried to use the pool to relax but there was an aqua aerobics class 😣 spoke to Mary on reception who was very kind and as they couldn’t fix the ac and my disappointment re the poo they moved me to a better room excellent customer service 」
