"Hotel very nicely presented and very conveniently located for exploring Vienna. The room was abit dated and the shower in the bathroom was a tad grimy if looked closely at however this could be because housekeeping was not done everyday as it was to be requested by the guests when desired during their stay which could have result in this level of cleaniness in the bathroom to occur. However could not fault anything else and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice pleasant hotel for their stay in Vienna. Also liked that gluten free bread was available at breakfast "

"Staff were relaxed, polite and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Lovely toiletries and actually have a good hair conditioner!
Could do with tea and coffee facilities in the room but not a major issue. They show a film every night in a cinema room which is a good touch as the TV has everything in German except for the news.
Fabulous breakfast and a good location. Really enjoyed our stay there."
