「The room was much upgraded compared to the current listed pictures. There was obviously new carpet and white bedding. Very clean room. Only downside was having a room by the exit door and hearing it slam all night. Breakfast options were decent- I wouldn’t expect any better for the price we paid.」

「Honestly, it was the staff. The greetings, smile and willingness to assist you were excellent! Breakfast was good and the flowers around the property were beautiful. Beds were comfortable as well.」

「You never saw staffing, no one kept up on cleaning the rooms. The tv and internet were never connected always had problems with it. Also, the location is horrible right off the freeway, it was always very loud.」

「Our room needed a new mattress. We were given a room for handicapped but we didn't request or want one. We were told at check-in that's all that was available. Noisy kids on the floor above that the management didn't address. Their jumping around went on for a couple of hours when we were trying to get to sleep. Breakfast was just ok. We won't stay there again.」

「The hotel is clean and appears well maintained. The parking lot has plenty of spaces. The breakfast options were eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, apples& oranges, biscuits and gravy, muffins, and waffles and cereal. I was very pleased with the options for breakfast! The room was clean, beds well made and bathroom spotless. We even had a fun note from the housekeeper wishing us well which was sweet touch. This will be our first option for stays in the future. 」

「It was a clean room - extremely outdated, odd scruffy parts of the carpet, but overall well kept/maintained. The staff was truly wonderful though, so kind, accommodating, and helpful!」

「Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.」

「Property is dirty! Looks like people are living there, there was a naked guy standing in the window when we parked, there is no hot tub dispite being advertised, they lied and said they didn't have a pool, then when called out about it they said it was being worked on. Hair in tub, dirt ring around tub, clothing tags in corner of bathroom. Cigarette butt under bed」

「I initially booked a 2 queen non smoking room, called the day we were due to arrive to verify that we could have a “no pet” room. I asked to confirm the room type and they said we were in a king room. I told them that is not what we booked through Expedia. They stated because they oversold for that night they had to change our room type. I told them that wasn’t what we booked and we had 4 people. Not our fault they oversold their hotel.
