"Really enjoyed our short stay and visiting this area. Walkable distance from the station and lake. A full Japanese-style breakfast was beautifully presented with some alternatives also on offer - fruit, eggs, bacon etc. We visited in May when the hotel and Suwa generally were very quiet so we were able to enjoy the hotel facilitie - the modern reception area and onsen. Good size room with twin beds. Go for one with a lake view if possible."

"Fantastic stay which totally exceeded my expectations! Location: * Convenient: about 5-7 minutes walk from Matsumoto Station and Matsumoto Bus Terminal * About 15–20 minutes walk from the main attractions like Matsumoto Castle * Lawson and Family Mart convenience stores at your doorstep * Safe and quiet neighbourhood Rooms: * The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean * Beds are really comfortable * The hotel provides guests with their owj junbei to wear in the room and around the hotel premises Amenities and service: * Staff were very friendly and helpful; check-in was a breeze * I was totally amazed at the buffet breakfast which featured such a delicious variety of Japanese dishes.
