"The property itself has only one entrance. We stayed at the Ocean Tower which is about an 8-10 minute walk. However they do offer a free tram service to take you to other locations, as well as a boat. The views make this place! It’s by the ocean front, and they do have a rocky beach. There are three pools, two child-friendly pools, and one adult pool. And they’re very clean! They also have a sealed-off part of the ocean where you can paddle board, kayak, snorkel, or just swim! The water is very clean, and it’s filled with beautiful fish that you can just watch all day. The staff are very friendly and helpful! We didn’t have any negative interactions with any members of their team. We didn’t eat on property, but we would walk every day to the King or Queen’s shops, which are located about 35 minutes away, walking distance. There is a good variety of things to eat there, as well as a market for convenient shopping! To the left of the property is the Waikoloa Beach, which offers plenty of room for tourism and some a turtle preserve. Although it was a bit pricy, we did think it was worth the stay! It was beautiful!"

"Last minute booking for a night. Overall it was a good hotel. Parking is tight and challenging, like everywhere in Hawaii, but doable. Only negative is the AC unit is set above a window so you can't close the curtain all the way or you block the airflow. Makes for an early morning with light pouring into the room "

"The hotel is well located with interestingly unique facilities, culture and history. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. I particularly love the morning coffee and free stand-up boards which I was able to enjoy in calm waters across the street. Will definitely stay again. "
