My daughter left the iPhone ear buds when we checked out, after almost one week later she called the hotel and they kept it for her. Very honest and kind staffs, and very impressive!

This property exceeded my expectations. Reasonable in price, comfortable, secure and once this baby boomer figured out the technology side of checking in, etc., it was very easy. We will definitely stay here again when we need to stay in Charlotte.

Room was very clean. Check in went very smoothly. Wi-Fi worked Chris Moore ( manager) was very helpful. I needed more Kleenex and didn’t have a toaster- he delivered them in 10 minutes. I had a cracked pot that I gave to him so I wouldn’t get charged for a broken item. He was willing to replace it ...
