"The hotel was clean, smelled good, looked good and easy to navigate to and through. Breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious! Everyone was friendly from Sam to the ladies who cooked breakfast to the housekeeper. We highly recommend staying here when you are in Pratt."

"The room looks a bit run down. We have been staying at this hotel for years and this was the first time it didn’t feel the same. Carpet squares were not sticking to the floor, room smells musty, chair was partially broken, when moving the chair it would move the carpet squares underneath."
