「The staff were casual, ill informed and their dress was dreadful. There was no reception, the bar tender looked surprised to have guests at all. I = had been told that the hotel was heavily booked but that we could have a quiet room facing the garden with a shower. However we were given a room facing the main road, with a shower over the bath. There were only two other couples staying, so the hotel was not heavily booked. The plumbing was a pumped waste system which only emptied...

Stessa moquette anche in camera, super sporca. La camera piccolissima, non passava nemmeno la valigia tra il letto e il muro. 「Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)」

「Angel Inn is close to the centre of Petworth, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a large modern bath and separate shower and everything was very clean. We appreciated the teapot in the room and selection of teas, also the complimentary flapjack. We ate in the restaurant area of the inn and had an excellent meal. 」

「Polite and helpful customer service. Clean and cozy. The breakfast is very good especially the fish. The only draw back is the WiFi - as it is free, its bandwidth is limited, so a bit slow and unstable.」
