「Clean room」

「Günstige Unterkunft mit gutem Gegenwert」

「Absence of a working restaurant was a disappointment.」

「My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst...

「Saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal, Top Lage, Haustiere willkommen」

「Staff is nice and friendly though self parking seems to mean parking at a fee I got free parking in the end as there was plenty of space in the secured area of parking and that without any obstacle. Coop supermarket is just minutes' walk from the hotel」

「We had a wonderful room with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast was very good with fresh bread fruits and yogurt, cheese and cold cuts, choice of coffees, and eggs (which we did not try). Nice restaurant with excellent food although we only eat a simple cooked cheese meal the night we arrived. They also allowed us to check out late to fit with the timing of our train. Very friendly and professional.」

「Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~ Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.」

「The hotel is extremely well located literally in the train station. You can be out of your train and straight in the hotel in less than 3-5 minutes. Very clean and modern.」
