There are several discussion in the previous comment for the ground floor room back door issue. Suggest that change the lock and let the customer allow to hold the key as the main door of that room is on the other side of the building, not convenience. 」

「The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It had a nice patio to enjoy sitting outdoors. There is a fitness room with a game room/family room gathering area in the basement. The washer and dryer was quite convenient for our stay as well. Cons: Pretty pricey but it is what it is for a place within waking distance of Hallstatt village center. Internet was quite slow. If you are planning to cook, be aware that kitchen utensils are somewhat lacking compared to most apartments of this type, and there are no condiments (oil, salt etc) provided.」

"We recently had our second stay at this hotel and once again, it did not disappoint. It is truly an unbeatable hotel located in the heart of Mondsee and just a stone's throw away from the picturesque Lake Mondsee. What sets this hotel apart is its rich historical and cultural significance. Staying here, we felt like we were transported back to the Middle Ages, experiencing the grandeur and opulence of a royal palace or noble estate. Despite its historical significance, the hotel is also very comfortable, clean, and modern. We were impressed by the three excellent restaurants on the premises, each offering a unique dining experience. The food was expertly prepared and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect stay in every way."
