"Our Jaguar room was not only spotless, but was comfortable and stocked with coffee, and filtered water, had a vintage microwave and fridge/freezer, and an awesome shower room all decorated with the jaguar theme. The resort's small pool was clean and a comfortable temp. We loved the Adirondack chairs on the long dock which were perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset and stars. We biked, swam in the sandy beach, snoozed in the hammock, and kayaked and paddle boarded along the shore seeing baby stingrays, jellyfish and many roosting and feeding birds. Our adult son took a kayak a mile out to a mangrove forest and had a great massage from Chloe. We highly recommend fryjacks at the resort's restaurant and also their special Korean Barbecue which was fun and tasty. (Be aware that it says one order serves two, but you are charged for two. I didn't realize that so the bill was higher than expected.) We highly recommend this small, casual resort and hope to visit again."

"Very nice room. The pool was small. But the food was great and reasonably priced. Beach and water looked nice. Lots of people come here to eat. It’s a good 20 minutes to the town and airport but nice to be away from the busy area. Some people I met come here every year. "

"Fantastic location. Probably the best in Placencia. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Amazing beach, quiet location and best breakfast we had in Belize. Highly recommended!"

"The staff was amazing and the room and beach were beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The only suggestions I would make: 1. Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times. Once when we were on our way out, another couple sat in ours and the staff told us they would move us to other chairs which I thought was inappropriate considering we were guests paying for 11 days. 2. One of the cleaning ladies mopped one side of the bedroom, then the porch (which has mud and bird droppings) then came in and mopped the other side. Maybe others don’t care but this is not clean to me. She should have wet the mop again at minimum. Other than that I highly recommend this resort as it was in a great location and really relaxing and beautiful!"
