"A one night stay - Comfortable, clean with nice staff"

"This hotel used to be a treat after coming back from holiday. How it’s changed ! We phoned from the airport and were told the bus was on its way. After 4 phone calls we finally arrived at the hotel over an hour later. Check in is all done at little booths so no interaction. Charged £4 for a bottle of Coke to take to the room. Parking is now £50 for 24 hours which used to be included in the hotel rate so we had chosen to park elsewhere. We had been upgraded as requested but due to the faff with the transfer we didn’t really have time to enjoy it. No ask how our stay was on checkout, just took our cards. It used to be great but is now just a very expensive travel lodge with no customer service and no personality. Unfortunately our last stay. "

"Brand new hotel just minutes from the train station. Staff were friendly, the room was modern and clean, and the location was perfect for a night at the airport before an early morning flight"

"No Parking was available outside of hotel, only area was a taxi rank which was full. Parked at NCP, unfortunately lifts out of order. Hard work walking down ramp and short distance with 2 large suitcases."
