"Did not evacuate facility for fire alarm. Some went out some didn't. The bed was on rollers and when getting into bed it would move. I had a cast on my foot and it made getting into bed dangerous.also said free breakfast lol all there was muffins. "

"This is a review for a stay that was booked for Sunday night, Feb 28 th. As it happened my friend became too ill for us to visit and the trip was cancelled. Notified 4 Points on Saturday why I needed to cancel. I was told since I booked through Expedia my request was not in Sheraton’s hands but Expedia. Expedia was willing to credit as long as 4 points agreed. Since 4 points didn’t respond to Expedia, my request was turned down. I was surprised since this stay would have been my 3rd time to book a room with Four Points by Sheraton Albany. Too bad, there are future visits in the planning but not with Four Points Albany for me. "

"So I was sitting on the bed of a room that I was tricked into staying at when I initially got to the hotel, I immediately told the front desk person that my bed is a queen and she said that’s what I chose, which is incorrect. There was no way I’d choose a queen bed to sleep two adults in a hotel room when a king bed was available. I’m pretty sure they went as far as listing both rooms as deluxe single room so that it looks as though I’m at fault. Their breakfast almost made me throw up in my mouth. The griddle that the waffles are made on had YEARS of clumped up grease and burned batter that it flaked off on the pancake. The butter looked like it’s in a bowl that sat in the fridge for years. Definitely would recommend skipping breakfast unless you want food poisoning."

"The staff is always friendly and very helpful! Very comfortable stay, and walking distance to downtown. They also offer free parking which is a huge plus downtown! This is my second work trip to downtown Albany and have stayed here both times. Breakfast is also decent, full, hot breakfast. I definitely recommend. "
